Appointments are typically scheduled for a 60 minute block of time.  The fee for an initial appointment is $155.00, which may take a bit longer than 60 minutes.  Appointments that last 55-60 mintures are billed at $145.00.  Occasionally I will see a client for 45 minutes, which is billed at $135.00.  I will work with you and your health insurance to determine what portion of the fee will be paid by insurance and what portion you will be responsible for.  Other services (reports, letters, consultations, etc.) are prorated based on the $145.00 hourly fee. 

Please bring your insurance card to your first session.  If preauthorization from your insurance company is needed, we will discuss how to do that when we schedule your first session.  

There is a $40.00 fee for returned checks and a $50.00 fee for appointments that are either missed or not cancelled 24 hours in advance.  These charges are not reimbursable by any insurance program.  At this time I accept only check or cash for payment of services.
